Colleen’s approach to hair is rooted in both artistry and intention. With a foundation in fashion and a passion for creating natural, effortless color, she brings a refined yet approachable experience to the Catskill Mountains.

After graduating from the Fashion Institute of Technology, Colleen spent almost ten years immersed in New York City’s fashion and beauty industry. While the city sharpened her aesthetic and technical eye, it also clarified where she felt most at home which is creating beautiful work in a slower more personal setting.

Returning to her upstate roots, Colleen pursued cosmetology with the goal of opening a salon that felt elevated, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. She specializes in advanced color techniques and extension services, and is deeply committed to continued education to ensure her work reflects both modern trends and timeless quality.

Caitlyn Rauh - Stylist

Caitlyn brings a refined yet creative approach to hair and beauty. Her interest in style led her to formally pursue a career in the beauty industry through comprehensive cosmetology training.

She studied at Capri Cosmetology Center where she developed a strong technical foundation in hair, makeup, and the fundamentals of the trade. Caitlyn later advanced her career in New York City working alongside leading stylists in fashion and beauty. She held an assistant position at the esteemed Pierre Michel Salon on Manhattan’s East 57th Street, where she worked closely with Leon Sananes, who played a key role in helping her refine her skills in artistic perspective.

Caitlyn is especially known for her braiding expertise and has participated in pop-up braiding bars at fashion and beauty events with brands including Refinery29, Glossybox, and Puma. She is committed to continued education and regularly expands her skill set through advanced training in styling, coloring and extensions.
