We understand that life happens. Please review the following policies prior to scheduling your appointment so expectations are clear and your experience is seamless.

Children

  • For the comfort and safety of all guests, we ask that children who are not receiving services do not attend appointments. Please arrange childcare and keep all children at home.

Services

  • Please review service descriptions and pricing before booking to avoid any surprises. We are always happy to answer questions or provide clarification in advance.

Appointment Length

  • Most full appointments range from 3-5 hours, depending on hair density, length, and the level of correction required. We recommend clearing your schedule so your service can be completed without rushing.

Clothing & Personal Items

  • We are not responsible for damage to clothing, accessories, or personal items that may occur during your appointment.

Payments

  • Payment is due in full before leaving the salon. We accept all major credit cards. Please note that all services are non-refundable.

Late Arrivals

  • If you are running 15 minutes or less late, please call the salon as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in forfeiting the appointment and a $50 inconvenience fee.

Retail

  • All product sales, both in store and online, are final. No exchanges or refunds.

Thairapy Hair Salon Cancellation Policy

When an appointment is cancelled without sufficient notice, we lose the opportunity to fill that time and clients on our waitlist miss the chance to be seen. Appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance via text as a courtesy reminder.

Because appointment times are reserved specifically for you, the following cancellation fees apply:

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount.

  • No show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.

  • Appointments booked within 24 hours must be cancelled at least 4 hours prior to the appointment time to avoid a 50% charge.

  • After two consecutive cancellations, a deposit will be required to secure future appointments. Deposit amounts are determined at the stylist’s discretion.
